A perfect stay in Sunny Isles, we will definitely be back! Positive: Wonderful stay at Sunny Isles Seaview Condo. Super spacious apartment that comfortably accommodates 8 people, exactly as it appears in the photos. Stacy’s hospitality was unbeatable; she was attentive to our needs throughout our entire stay via the Booking.com app. The unit is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a wide variety of spices for cooking, beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and a beach cart for carrying gear. Beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable; bedrooms are spacious, and there is plenty of closet space for clothing storage. The apartment is also well-equipped to accommodate small children. The building is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, and there is a convenience store right on the premises. We had no issues using the gym, the swimming pool, or our assigned parking spot in the garage, with no extra charges. Negative: I recommend keeping an eye on messages via the Booking.com app before and during check-in, as they provide instructions on how to proceed there. The bathtubs could use a minor update—which I'm sure will be done soon—but they work just fine.

Excelente lugar cerca de la playa Positive: Está muy bien ubicado, en plena avenida Collins, es un edificio con conserjería donde haces el check in. Es un apartamento grande, con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, para 6 personas cómodamente, incluso 8, tiene una cama superking, 2 camas queen y 2 camas single, cocina con todo lo necesario. Está a una calle de la playa. cuenta con sillas, quitasoles y carrito para llevar a la playa, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Estacionamiento incluido que está comunicado con el edificio. La anfitriona Stacy estuvo siempre atenta a los requerimientos o dudas que tuviéramos. Negative: En la información que aparecía en Booking.com no decía que se debía hacer un depósito de seguridad por de USD 1.000, que es devuelto una vez que haces el check out.
